Core DTS

The Core Discipleship Training School is a 5-month missions training school. We desire to go on this journey, not just as a school, but as a family. Together we seek to encounter God so that we are transformed at the deepest, most central part of our being with a passion for His name.

Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.

Romans 12:2

We put a priority on encountering God by joyfully diving into the Scriptures and engaging in evangelism. Our vision is to let the Word's truth sink deeply into our hearts, believing what it says about God, ourselves and others. By allowing His truth to transform us, we gain a greater understanding of our identity as well as a greater eagerness to share His love to the world around us.

The first 12 weeks of the DTS are dedicated to knowing God and growing in intimacy with him. Through lectures, community living, worship and prayer, students are given the opportunity to know and experience the Gospel on a radical level. We also focus on evangelism throughout this time, training and equipping students to then take the Gospel to the nations.

We end our Lecture Phase with 2 weeks in Israel. With biblical sights as our classroom, we explore God's heart for this nation and the Jewish people. Our aim there is to learn about our roots in the Jewish faith and how relevant it is for missions and the Church today.

Your name and renown are the desire of our soul.

Isaiah 26:8

After Israel we begin our 8-week Outreach Phase. This international, cross-cultural experience gives students the chance to practice what they have learned in order to make God known in the nations! Students are not only trained to actively serve on the missions field, but to do so with a lifestyle of prayer and worship centered around their relationship with Jesus.
